Products and Services All Collectable Media sells physical media including Blu-ray, 4K UHD collector editions and SteelBooks. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Pricing and Payment All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via our payment gateway, Tyl by NatWest. Customers are also offered the option to purchase via PayPal or Klarna. We accept major debit and credit cards as indicated at checkout. Card scheme logos are displayed at the point of sale.
Order Process Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not indicate acceptance of your order, only confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch. A contract is formed once your order is dispatched.
Cancelling an Order You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@acmmedia.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns and Refunds section below.
Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. UK delivery is via Royal Mail or courier depending on the order value and size. Shipping is to UK addresses only. We do not currently support international delivery. Any delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Returns and Refunds Returns are at the discretion of our Customer Service team. However, you have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with UK consumer law.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? Please accept our apologies. Mistakes can happen, and we will aim to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to assist with processing your return.
What should I do if my item is damaged? If your item arrives damaged, please retain the goods and packaging and contact us immediately at support@acmmedia.co.uk. Include photos of the damage so our team can assess and provide a suitable resolution.
What should I do if I believe my item is faulty? Contact us via email with your order number, a description of the fault, and any supporting photos. We will investigate and offer the best resolution.
How do I arrange a return? Please contact our Customer Service team to request a return. We will email you a returns authorisation, the address and instructions for sending your item back to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please use a tracked and insured service and include the returns form. Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises.
Items Not Eligible for Return Due to the collectible nature of Steelbook media, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been unwrapped or where the shrink wrap is missing or damaged. The shrink wrap is considered part of the product’s condition and value. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Return Costs and Refunds You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We do not refund postage for unwanted items or change of mind.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If no tracking number is provided and your return is lost, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement.
